RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

  • International orders are final sale only and are not eligible for returns & exchanges. 
  • If there is any damage with the product delivered we are here to help you out - Please mail us at mail@shopscarletsage.com with your order number, describe the problem and provide clear images of the damage. Please note that any damage or problem must be alerted to us within  2 days of receiving the parcel. We will assist you getting this solved to best of our ability. 
  • In case of damaged item delivered we will send you a replacement. In case a replacement is not available, a credit note of the order amount will be issued, so that you may purchase something else.
  • Orders cancelled after payment will be cancelled and refunded only if not shipped out. Once items are shipped, no order can be cancelled. If an order is cancelled before shipping, your payment will be refunded less the transaction fee charged by the payment gateway. 
  • Please note that Scarlet Sage is not responsible for delays or shipments lost in transit once the orders have been dispatched from our headquarters. We do however use DHL as our courier service partner due to their long standing reputation of reliability and fastest deliveries worldwide.

Scarlet Sage is based in India and all orders are shipped from Mumbai.
