We offer express shipping via DHL worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

 

What are our shipping charges ?

Shipping is absolutely FREE for orders above 100 USD.

 

Do I have to pay duties & taxes ? (International Orders)

No, you will not have to pay the Duties & Taxes applicable in your country. We shall take care of that for you.

 

When will my purchase ship ?

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible and we strive to have shipments out within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order.  We do not work on Sundays. 

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive ?

International deliveries takes 3-7 working days (DHL Express)

 

How can I track my order ?

You will receive an automated Whatsapp & email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

Please note that Scarlet Sage is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We do however use DHL as our courier service partner due to their long standing reputation of reliability and fastest deliveries worldwide.
